Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and deliver business change and best practice across IAG Revenue Management and cross departmentally.
  • Analyse and understand key business drivers to support effective route group/ market decision-making.
  • Supporting Head of Revenue Inventory & Pricing with weekly and monthly business cycles as well as performance reviews representing the overall network view of pricing
  • Ensure team set appropriate demand forecasts and hurdle rates to maximise yield and/or load factor.
  • Ensure seasonal pricing/ market strategies are developed and delivered in collaboration with regional sales teams.
  • Ensure Inventory teams own and manage offload protection and flight restrictions including management of daily alert queues.
  • Ensure regular and robust monitoring of capacity, rate and deal utilisation and ensure appropriate action is taken and followed through.
  • Support Revenue integrity and conformance measures, from a route and market perspective.
  • Provide strategic direction for routes for Commercial and drive delivery of overall route contribution and load factor targets.
  • Performance manage a team of analysts, providing coaching, expertise and guidance to deliver/exceed targets.
